You’re safe from me, Rachel. An HOA condo in Florida is where God will send me when I die if I’ve been bad (and I’m on my best behavior). What’s funny is that I live in an HOA-free neighborhood in PA and nobody trashes their yard. The worst that happens is some folks get a bit over-enthusiastic with holiday decorations. Nobody cares. They come down in a few weeks.
