You are absolutely right, Kirsten. I’m sorry more people aren’t reading your take on it. One of the things I hear time and again from those who would have us believe she’s fully competent is, “She’s raised two children.” Really? They spend 70% of their time with their father. She has them 30% of the time. They’re not even out of high school, so they’re hardly ready to be held up as examples of exceptional parenting. Things have to be really bad for a court to deny 50/50 custody. We don’t know the details, and that’s where the devil is.
