Wow, Toya! Los Gatos has gotten a lot more exciting since I lived there in the 1980s. A lot more expensive, too. Great story. We never called it The Cat. That may be a recent trend. Really bad air quality there, too, because of the position it has in relation to the mountains. We rented a cheap house owned by the department of transportation that they planned to tear down. It came with a rooster and the most prolific lemon tree I ever saw. Our next door neighbor was a coke dealer. Ah, youth!
