Well said, Patricia. I was disappointed and discouraged, too, but then April was about the worst month I’d had in a year, so it figured. Things picked up in May as I wrote two stories that did pretty well. I also upped my reading and engagement with other writers. I got a $100 bonus, much to my surprise. I think you’re on the right track.
