Unless this prohibition was clearly spelled out in the property description, she was completely out of line. Even if it was, her reaction was the antithesis of how a host should act in such a situation. She shouldn’t be an Airbnb host if she wigs out over a perfectly reasonable use of the accommodations. She offered hostility in place of hospitality. If Airbnb got a complete report from you, you may have saved future guests from a similar experience. Your glossing it over and placating her taught her nothing.
