Ukenta had a YouTube channel before this encounter. It looks to me like the incident was deliberately provoked to get content for that channel. I knew immediately that there was no basis for a lawsuit. There were no damages to rectify. It wouldn't surprise me if the whole thing was staged and both women got a cut of the profits. Ukenta did not behave like someone who legitimately felt threatened. She kept filming even though it clearly was escalating the situation. It was, in my opinion, a complete scam. People who donated were had. Having raised over $50,000, Ukenta could be charged with a first degree felony if she doesn't use the money for legal defense. I don't see how she can if nobody's suing her and she doesn't have a case to sue anyone else.
