Two years of smut slinging, Mark? That's impressive. Someday, I may give it a whirl, just for yucks and maybe a few bucks, but I doubt it. I'm over 60 and prefer to work towards producing something of which my descendants can be proud. It's true that Emily Dickenson didn't need the money, but Edgar Allan Poe certainly did. The way I look at it, writing for money is a way to buy time to write because it's what you love to do, but I will eventually run out of time. I don't want to waste any of what I have left. You did learn some good lessons, though.
