These terms are used by lazy people who don’t like to think or who are unable to suspend their perceptions and consider those of others. People who assume that the only reason a woman or girl would express interest in traditionally male activities is to attract male attention are ignorant, sexist, and usually jealous.

That’s not to say that some girls and women don’t do exactly that, but it’s transparent to the men they are trying to impress. (You can’t pretend to be into something you’re not for very long, especially when you’re surrounded by experts). It’s not that common anyway. This term is just another attempt to put people in categories. These days, people even label themselves. It only serves to drive us further apart. Please don’t.
