There have been great advances in the technology, Stu. The less expensive models just amplify, but the more sophisticated ones can be adjusted to correct your specific deficiencies. My sister has the ones with Bluetooth technology and she loves them. I have yet to be fitted for mine. I’ll be doing a follow up once I am. Thanks for your comment.
