There are differences in attitudes among wealthy people. My wealthiest friend is Swiss and CEO of two companies. He is a very sloppy dresser. He’s not at all interested in the social scene. He likes to spend money on travel, eating out, and works with a lion rescue charity in Botswana. He’s the least snobbish person I know. Another wealthy friend constantly name drops and is always trying to impress people. She only buys very expensive clothes. Both are self-made. The biggest difference between the two is that one has self-confidence entirely unrelated to his money and the other does not.
