At first, I was outraged by the emergence of AI technology as a viable means for content creation. How dare they? Engineers who couldn't write a pithy phrase or scribble a cartoon to save their lives are pulling down high six-figure salaries, figuring out ways to eliminate content creators by using their collective efforts against them.

But then I got to thinking. Maybe there’s a way I can use this technology to my advantage. So I decided to experiment with chatbot Chat GPT to see what it could do.

Test #1 — The Haiku Assignment

I began with an easy assignment, entering the following command into the chat window:

“Write a haiku about a chicken.”

Here’s what ChatGPT came up with:

Clucking, pecking, free
Feathers fluff in the sunshine
Chicken’s peaceful life.
