Thanks, Sophia. It’s funny, when I was in high school and college in the 1970s, the Cool Girl didn’t do any of those things. No bra, no makeup, no face cream, because going without all that WAS cool. Being yourself, being natural, not buying into the Madison Avenue bullshit was our creed. I haven’t deviated much from all that. I wear makeup when I’m legitimately on stage acting, or for very special situations but that’s about it. I’ve saved a fortune for sure. What’s even better is, I saved a lot of time to do things I like to do rather than things I ought to do. But before I sound too virtuous, I bought a Nap Dress and I absolutely love it. Comfort and beauty together, priceless!
