Thank you, Heather. My mother and grandmother were breast cancer survivors so the threat is ever present in my mind. I'm pretty damn aware already. Two close friends are survivors and they feel exactly as you do. The infantile practice of calling breasts ta tas, boobies, or "the girls" is beyond offensive as is the fairy princess crap. We're adults, breast is not a dirty word, and a pink lollypop doesn't make the boo boo all better. Okay. Rant over.(My latest mammogram was this month and no bad news. Hurrah!)
