Thank you for your fair and balanced response, Carol. I’m a Northerner. We’re not all jerks, but a lot of those who move to Florida appear to be! (As a Mid-Hudson Valley native, I think it must be because so many are from Long Island.) I remember Prince, upon being asked by Oprah why he lived in Minnesota replied, “It’s so cold, it keeps the bad people out.” He wasn’t wrong!
