Switching companies frequently is a proven strategy for climbing the corporate ladder faster. Loyalty has no value. Nor should it. That was just some b.s. spread around to keep workers in line. Corporations don’t shed a tear axing someone after 20 years of loyal service. Even company founders can find themselves out of a job. I get physically ill just thinking about it. I’m glad I made my escape long ago.
