Rock got $20 million for Selective Outrage and it wasn’t funny. I laughed once and not very hard. I think he and Jada have disliked one another for a long time. There doesn’t necessarily have to be a reason. They’re not Mr. Rogers and Dolly Parton. I imagine not everyone who knows either of them likes them.

I also think he could have gone lots of interesting places with the concept of selective outrage but he didn’t. He got one year of respect from me for the way he handled the Oscar incident. He could have kept it classy but he couldn’t resist that big payday. Why should I be surprised?
