Putting on lace up shoes when I work at home helps me cope with depression. It makes it harder to just climb back into bed. I don’t wear a business suit, but I do get dressed because, again pajamas are more likely to tempt me to escape with nap. I learned this technique from Marla Cilley on her Fly Lady website. I highly recommend it to depression sufferers and people who have difficulty managing their time. Her techniques have helped me a lot. www.flylady.net
