Oh, they’re using their home training alright. Some families are highly toxic, aggressive environments devoid of love and compassion. The musical “South Pacific" features a song with the lyrics, “You’ve got to be taught to hate and fear, you’ve got to be taught from year to year, it’s got to be drummed in your dear little ear, you’ve got to be carefully taught.” We all grew up in a racist society and that has shaped our attitudes, but people who aggressively act out like this have a lot more going on than the fact that they’re White.
