My all-time favorite place like this is Bea's in Chattanooga. It's fantastic. There's no menu. You pay a set price per person and they keep bringing food until you tell them to stop. Reasonably priced, too. I also love the old-school vibe at Marblehead Chowder House in Easton, PA. Every table gets a basket of assorted, fresh-baked rolls. Meals come with choice of two sides liked baked potato, mixed vegetables, rice pilaf, and salad. They even have French Dressing. In the Northeast we have wonderful diners that serve plain food and plenty of it. All these places are packed all week long.
