I’ve been ranting about storage units for years, Orrin. I’ve noticed that many new housing developments are built so that residents are forced to park in the garage. There’s no street parking and the “driveway” isn’t long enough for a car. I’m convinced the developers build and own storage facilities near their projects so that their buyers have to pay rent for space they deliberately denied them when they designed the housing development.
