It will probably come down to the fact that she didn’t name him in the op ed. They aren’t there to figure out who abused whom. The case is about defamation and I imagine the fact that she didn’t name him will be the deciding factor. All this other stuff is besides the point. It’s sad though. Some good may come out of it, though. Some people will see themselves up there and discover by reading the comments that it’s time for a change.
