I think the people who don't like her are responding to her character. You only hear fans raving about her. You don't hear people who know or work with her say nice things about her. "Mean" comes up a lot. You only have to look at some of her interviews to get a glimpse of what she's like. Her charitable foundations have a sketchy record.
