I think the lack of ethics is more at fault than the lack of intelligence or education. Somewhere along the line it became everyone for themselves. Again and I again I hear, "You got the shot so why bug me about it?" I don't want to make other people sick, or kill somebody through carelessness. I hit and killed someone with my car, even though they deliberately ran in front of me in an effort to kill themselves, I would feel guilty for the rest of my life. I don't understand these people. I don't. They won't even protect their kids.
