I suspect that his follower count is due to the fact that he has the same name as a famous doctor/author who has written oodles of books about the link between nutrition and brain activity. The famous Dr. P also has an account on Medium, but he only published one story, about five or six years ago. He has only six followers, despite a net worth in the millions.
