I learned this lesson many years ago, Eric, when a lady I worked with retired. Within a few months, she had a stroke and died shortly thereafter. Don’t wait for what may never come.

I also don’t understand why every talented person is expected to build an empire. You can make a very good living hosting a popular cooking show. Why must you also sell books, courses, cookware, frozen meals, and dog food? Almost everyone hates billionaires but almost everyone wants to be one. What’s up with that?
