I have never heard of dandelion ordinances before. I know here in Palmer Township, PA, we have to keep our lawns mowed, but dandelions are food damn it. Come the revolution, I intend to eat those suckers. Last year, I made dandelion vinegar. I refuse to dose my lawn with dangerous chemicals just to conform to somebody's Leave It to Beaver wet dream. Here's what you do about your hot rod problem: talk to the neighbors and see if anyone else shares your concern. Get up a petition and get it on the town council's agenda. Make it a point to talk to members of the town council before the meeting and feel them out on the issue. Other places people have been able to get speed bumps put in. Unfortunately, somebody usually has to die for that to happen. Good luck.
