I have had terrible experiences with Chinese companies and avoid ordering from them online. A perfect example was when I ordered a size large swimsuit and was sent an extra small. To return it, I would have had to pay for postage to China. The best they were willing to do was a 50% refund, which I accepted after much back and forth haggling. There’s no way I ordered an XS by mistake. They did this deliberately to to move stock they couldn’t sell honestly.
