I encountered Tom early on and stupidly signed up for his free ad, uh, "newsletter." It was littered with direct address inserts like "Hi, Denise!" and "Denise, what if I told you..." I sent him an email asking him why he thinks his subscribers are so stupid that they'd believe he's writing to them personally. He didn't appreciate that. His response was petulant and defiant. At that point, I cancelled his ass. I've periodically railed against him ever since. This is wonderful news. Ding dong the dickhead's dead!
