I don’t think the reason they gave was true. Too many people who got the bonus have said they have no idea why. I think it was random. If the loss of the bonus motivated you, that’s great, though. But to those of us who have been fully engaged for over a year, consistently earning over $100 a month and who didn’t get it, it was a kick in the teeth.
