I don’t know about this video, but I’m absolutely certain a lot of this type of thing is fake. The only people walking around with their cellphones poised to record every encounter are those looking for content for their YouTube channels.

I saw one that showed a woman being horrible to a fast food worker, but the video showed the entire encounter which began with her walking up to the counter to place her order. There’s no reason for an innocent bystander to start recording until things get ugly. It was obviously staged.

I’ve always been suspicious about the Victoria’s Secret Karen episode. The “victim” raised a lot of money for “legal representation” when no crime had been committed. Having worked for an attorney, I’m pretty sure she would have a hard time getting anyone to take her case. She also repeatedly posted on social media urging people to look for updates on her YouTube channel.

The whole thing was so bizarre, I wouldn’t be surprised if the two women were in on it together and split the “legal fees.”
