I agree with most of what you said, Jessica, but I take issue with your swipe at suburban housewives. They are not the lowest common denominator. They are human beings who care for children (some of whom are disabled) and elderly parents. They strive to make life better for their families and support local charities. They’re the ones who volunteer in the schools and at the non-profits. They have great value in society and should not be looked down upon.
