I agree. Vocal sucks. The only people who are enthusiastic about it are the ones who got in early when winning challenges was much easier with little competition and brand new writers who believe they’re just one story away from a big payday. The earnings outside of challenges are pathetic. Stories I’ve made hundreds from on Medium have generated less than $2 in the same amount of time on Vocal. You’d be better off spending $10 a month on lottery tickets.
