I agree. There’s much to admire in the film, but it’s relentless in its nastiness. If Felix weren’t so gorgeous, I would have probably checked out. The end felt rushed and sloppy to me. I was willing to suspend my disbelief only so far. A titled family in England wealthy enough to hold on to a property like Saltburn might be easy for a clever person to infiltrate, but getting your hands on the money would be impossible. There’s always a third cousin once removed standing in line.
