I agree. Miami is an insane choice for young people hoping to buy a home and raise a family. I have a good friend who lives in Miami and you couldn’t shift her out of there with a bomb, but she’s in her sixties. Anyone who can expect another 40 or 50 years of life would be wise to consider global warming before making a move.
