Help is there if you know where to look for it

Drink deep from the pitcher of joy each day,
Set it firmly before you,
By the hardscrabble garden’s bounty and the broken eggs.
Draw it up from the well of memory.
Draw it up from the sounds of children in the distance, sowing it deep in the earth with their raucous ramblings.
