Great story, Victoria. I have always known van life was not for me. When my husband and I were first married, he told me he dreamed of traveling the country this way in retirement. I told him I hoped his next wife would enjoy the experience.

Luckily, he came around to my way of thinking and just retired at 67 with no plans to hit the road. We saw Nomadland together and found it terribly depressing. I’m glad you found your happy ending, too.
