Great story, Sherry. It’s amazing what behavior people will accept from their favorite celebrities. One thought I had though, was that it was honest. Most of us who eat meat prefer not to think about where it was before it hit the kitchen. Bourdain was demonstrating where it came from. Who knows? He may have inspired some people to give it up.
