Great advice, Beth. I’m married to a recently retired project manager. He puts everything on the calendar. Recent entries include the following:

-weigh myself
-sweep kitchen floor
- watch “Evil” on my iPad
-buy big Band-aids

It’s the level of detail he’s used to. It can be annoying at times, but it’s effective!
