Great advice as always, August. My biggest problem is coming up with what to offer for free. When I first launched my newsletter, I offered a bespoke haiku to everyone who signed up. I got about 40 takers. I have a CTA at the bottom of all my stories where it’s allowed, but I’ve only got a couple of people joining that way because there’s no freebie. Have you ever written something with suggestions of what to offer? I write in several different niches and can’t think of anything that would appeal to all my readers.
