Either you’re in a constant state of annoyance or you need a thesaurus. Anyway, I’m reminded of New Orleans in the French Quarter except that there they literally hose down the streets and sidewalks every morning because of all the drunks peeing, spilling drinks, and breaking bottles. That’s not just at Mardi Gras, either. I saw similar behavior during Octoberfest in Germany. There were rivers of piss and guys opening peeing inside the train station. No matter where you are in the world, stinking drunk is not a good look.
