At least you’re probably making more with your ideas than they are. What really enrages me, John, is the people who sell t-shirt designs ripped off from charities. A few months back, the subrebbit wallstreetbets made news when its members contributed hundreds of thousands of dollars to the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund. The Fund produced a special t-shirt design to thank donors and began selling it on their non-profit’s website.

Within days, two different vendors on Etsy began selling identical shirts. I contacted each and asked how much was going to the charity. I think one said 5% and one said 10%. I contacted the Fund to see if they had given those vendors permission and they told me they had not. I doubt the Fund ever saw a penny.
