Amplify my ass. She was riding on your coattails. I see this too often and it’s reprehensible. I’ve lost count of the “stories” about “10 Takeaways from Stephen King’s Book on Writing.” Giving people “Cliff Notes” on other people’s work is lazy, shabby, and I suspect it costs the original author more in sales than it gains them in exposure. Recommend? Great. Quote? Terrific. Condense? No. That’s not cool.
